Scott will share how the Gateway Mortgage Group is using practices to protect the health and safety of its employees, as well as their clients as they proceed through the home purchasing process.

Real Estate Broker Observations: Rey will offer some thoughts on how real estate brokers are employing new techniques to address the interests of their home buyers and seller clients, in response to the coronavirus situation.

Rey’s “Real Estate Recommendation”: Rey’s weekly real estate recommendation will offer some suggestions on how to make the home buying and selling process safer, easier, more efficient and less time consuming for consumers.

Property of the Week: Rey will review the attributes of 49 Zambra Way with his Sotheby’s International Realty broker colleague Darlene Streit. This three-bedroom, pueblo-style home completely renovated in 2015 is sited on 5 acres and offers spectacular mountain views and unparalleled scenery. An additional 5 acres buildable lot is included, with the home offering an expansive contemporary kitchen and dining area, surrounded by large windows; a kitchen that is light and white with elegant wood cabinetry and a honed-granite artisanal island; and a master suite which overlooks the Jemez mountain range and has a sitting area and walk-in closet with built-in dressers and shelving. Many other features of the home will be discussed during Rey’s conversation with Darlene. This home has a superb location, being less than a mile from the Four Seasons Resort (spa/pool memberships available), minutes from El Nido Restaurant and Tesuque Market, and a short drive from both the Santa Fe Plaza and the Santa Fe Opera.
