In the 1st hour of the show, join Rey and his guest co-host Bonnie Davis, Professional Community Association Manager with the homeowner association management company, Westgate Properties, LLC for the third in a series of broadcasts that addresses the ways that those who work in real estate, other businesses, or community organizations, are pursuing their lives and professions, while dealing with the current coronavirus situation.

Community Association Management Update:

Bonnie will reflect on the show’s coronavirus theme, and also offer observations on the ways in March 2020 that Westgate Properties, LLC is assisting the residents of the more than 60 homeowner (HOA) and condo (COA) association communities that the company manages in Northern New Mexico. Bonnie will also review the elements of the second hour of the show that she hosts. Based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Westgate Properties, LLC specializes in the management of multi-tenant commercial properties and homeowner associations. Their goal is to promote community through highly responsive management with the aim that quality of life, quality of work and the value of one’s real estate investment is improved. Bonnie, her colleague Tom Simon, the owner of Westgate Properties, LLC and their regular second hour guest commentators, have returned to the ATRE radio show in 2020, to offer valuable real estate input on the last Sunday of each month.

Rey’s “Real Estate Recommendation":

Rey’s weekly real estate recommendation will offer information on the ongoing efforts of Sotheby’s International Realty to address the needs of home buyers and sellers, as the coronavirus situation continues.

Property of the Week: Rey will review the attributes of 7 Hacienda Court with his Sotheby’s International Realty broker colleague Emily Garcia. This glorious, custom, 2,636 square foot, three-bedroom home, with magnificent Jemez and Sangre de Cristo Mountain views, is privately located on 3.039 acres (approx.) in a small Santa Fe gated community. The design of the home is Native American inspired, with the great room in a kiva design, also offering natural golden plastered walls, cherry wood floors, beams, Italian lighting and a handmade, river rock fireplace between the kitchen and living room. The gourmet kitchen enjoys high-end appliances, granite counter tops, custom cabinets and island. The butler’s pantry/laundry is over-the-top fabulous, serving as a spacious workspace for the home, finished to the same caliber as the kitchen with a second sink and refrigerator, floor to ceiling pantry, tons of storage and with direct access to the three-car garage. There are many other elements to this property, which Rey and Emily will discuss during the broadcast.
