In the first hour of the show, join Rey and guest co-host Bonnie Davis—Professional Community Association Manager with Westgate Properties, LLC—as they reflect on a number of issues associated with the concept of “building community.” Rey launched this two-week long discussion last Sunday, when he reviewed with his guests the concept of how real estate, business, non-profit and government professionals commit their time and energy to making communities better places to live and work in.

Overview Thoughts: Rey will offer some commentary on the ways that real estate brokers and other professionals in the trade unite towards the goal of bettering the communities that their buyer and seller clients call home.
Community Association Management Update: Bonnie will offer her thoughts on the theme of the show, including how the residents of homeowner (HOA) and condo (COA) association neighborhoods support the concept of strengthening the communities they reside in. In addition, Bonnie will review the elements of the second hour of the show when she and her guests will continue the dialogue on building better communities. Based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Westgate Properties specializes in the management of multi-tenant commercial properties and homeowner associations. Their goal is to promote community through highly responsive management with the aim that quality of life, quality of work and the value of one’s real estate investment is improved.
Rey’s “Real Estate Recommendation”: Rey’s weekly real estate recommendation will offer some suggestions on how to make the home buying and selling process a bit easier, more efficient and enjoyable for consumers.
Open House of the Week: Rey will review the attributes of 79 La Pradera with his Sotheby’s International Realty broker colleague Darlene Streit. This spacious and lovely three-bedroom, Northern New Mexico style home is full of light, offering an impressive great room/living/dining area that has tall vaulted ceilings with wood beams, travertine tile floors, lots of windows with plantation shutters, and a contemporary corner fireplace. An open concept living space design, combined with an outdoor covered patio, makes this an excellent home for entertaining. The home is located in the community of La Pradera among the rolling hills of the Southeast side of the city, just a short drive to the historic Santa Fe Plaza.
