In the first hour of the show, join Rey and guest co-host Bonnie Davis—Professional Community Association Manager with Westgate Properties, LLC—and their guests as they reflect on how thankful they are to enjoy the benefits of living and working with friends and family in Santa Fe, as they mark the upcoming holiday of Thanksgiving.

Real Estate Brokers Appreciate Their Opportunities: Rey will offer some thoughts on how real estate professionals appreciate and are thankful for the special opportunity of not only living, but also being able to work in Santa Fe. Rey will also offer his weekly “Rey’s Real Estate Recommendation,” which is designed to make the home buying and selling process a bit easier and more enjoyable for consumers.
Community Association Management Update: Bonnie will offer her thoughts on the theme of the show, including how the residents of the homeowner (HOA) and condo (COA) association neighborhoods she manages enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday. Bonnie will also update the audience on current issues that residents within HOA and COA communities are facing as we move towards the end of 2018. In addition, Bonnie will review the elements of the second hour of the show when she and her special guest will explore the topic of compliance in community associations. Based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Westgate Properties specializes in the management of multi-tenant commercial properties and homeowner associations. Their goal is to promote community through highly responsive management with the aim that quality of life, quality of work and the value of one’s real estate investment is improved.
The Northern New Mexico Air Alliance Report: Stuart Kirk, Executive Director of “Fly Santa Fe”, will offer his thoughts on the Thanksgiving-inspired theme of the show and also discuss how this non-profit group of businesses and attractions of the Santa Fe region combine their forces to underscore the value of using the Santa Fe Regional Airport for business and tourist travel to and from northern New Mexico. Stuart will also highlight a special raffle drawing that Fly Santa Fe is sponsoring at the end of January 2019 that offers a variety of gift awards, including a grand prize of airfare and accommodations for two to London! The proceeds from the drawing will be used to fund an important study being conducted by a nationally recognized airport consulting company. The completed study will provide suggestions for developing more non-stop destinations from the Santa Fe Regional Airport, with the goal of making northern New Mexico an even more desirable destination for consumers from around the country.
Rey’s “Real Estate Recommendation”: Rey’s weekly real estate recommendation will offer some suggestions on how to make the home buying and selling process a bit easier, more efficient and less time consuming for consumers.
Open House of the Week: Rey will review the attributes of 9 Sand Sage East with his Sotheby’s International Realty broker colleague Laurie Hilton. This expanded and updated three-bedroom, custom built home—sited on 2.5 acres and located in the Santa Fe neighborhood of La Serena—offers stunning mountain views, high quality finishes, a paved drive, large three-car garage, and a Garna Flex/Garna Thane roof installed in 2010.
