This weekly radio show features host and Sotheby's International Realty's Associate Broker Rey Post (NM REC License #45660) and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.
In the first hour of the show, join Rey and his guests as they mark National Bosses Day (October 16) and how the occasion can serve as a model for improving the liaison between employers and their staff in the real estate trade.

Real Estate Broker Roles: Rey will offer some thoughts on the important interaction that real estate brokers have with their brokerage staff, as they either list properties for sale, or guide buyers in the purchase of a home. Most Realtors operate as independent contractors for real estate companies, though some real estate brokers hire professional staff to administer their client activities. Rey will reflect on the relationship that brokers have with both the management as well as the marketing and administrative staff that are part of any brokerage operation. Rey will also remind the audience of the important role that the real estate community is playing in the aftermath of the hurricanes that have impacted our nation this summer and early fall. As an example of the real estate community’s commitment to providing assistance, the Realogy Charitable Foundation, a 501 © (3) public charity, was established as Hurricane Harvey approached Texas in late August. The foundation is continuing to raise funds, delivering 100 percent of the proceeds to the American Red Cross to directly help those affected by the storm (go to: to contribute). Realogy is the parent company of Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc.
Gateway Mortgage Group “Home Buyer Tip”: Scott Robinson (NMLS#202265), Santa Fe Branch Manager at the Gateway Mortgage Group, will offer his own thoughts on the National Bosses Day theme of the Sunday show. As manager of the local operation of the Gateway Mortgage Group, Scott not only oversees the activities of the professionals who work as staff for the company, but also relies upon their expertise to assist in the effort of bringing comprehensive mortgage services to clients. Scott will also provide his regular mortgage tip that can benefit home buyers who are purchasing a property in collaboration with a lender. The Gateway Mortgage Group is one of the largest privately held mortgage companies in the country, doing its entire mortgage servicing in-house. This business element is important, since it means that Gateway’s customers work directly with them until the time their loan is paid.
Santa Fe Vacation Rentals, LLC, Update: Donna Jones White, Owner and Qualifying Broker of Santa Fe Vacation Rentals, LLC, will offer suggestions that relate to the National Bosses Day theme of the show. As owner of her company, Donna employs a variety of professionals who maintain the collection of rental options for vacation, furnished 30-day and long-term unfurnished properties that her firm offers to visitors to Santa Fe. Consumers from around the globe turn to Donna’s company to aid them in finding comfortable and high-quality residences for their stays in our community.
Open House of the Week: Rey will review the attributes of 12 Sundance Court with his Sotheby’s International Realty broker colleague Darlene Streit. This custom-built, four-bedroom home, located on a cul-de-sac in the desirable Sundance Estates neighborhood, provides a charming oasis just a few miles from downtown Santa Fe.

In the second hour of the show, join the Reside Home team of Jeff Fenton and Chris Martinez who will host their monthly interior design program. This month, Jeff and Chris are airing their program from the annual and well-regarded “Showhouse Santa Fe 2017 Designer Home Tour.” Show House Santa Fe has taken its place in Santa Fe’s calendar of important annual arts events that attract both locals and visitors. In keeping with the designation as a UNESCO Creative City for Design, the talented 29 designers featured during this event will bring their ideas and accomplishments to a broad audience, showcasing for the world the preeminence of Santa Fe as a place of innovation and a source of design inspiration. This event gives local interior designers the opportunity to come together to share creativity and camaraderie of their profession while working to improve the quality of our children’s education.
