This weekly radio show features host and Sotheby's International Realty's Associate Broker Rey Post (NM REC License #45660) and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.
In the first hour of the show, join Rey and his guest co-host, Bonnie Davis, Professional Community Association Manager of Westgate Properties, LLC, for a discussion of how technical developments improve all aspects of real estate.
On April 29, 1882, the Electromote, the world's first vehicle, which was a precursor of the trolleybus, was first presented to the public—by its inventor Dr. Ernest Werner von Siemens—in a suburb of Berlin, Germany. The Electromote was a converted four-wheel carriage, equipped with two 2.2 kW electric motors transmitting the power using a chain drive to the rear wheels. This experimental vehicle already fulfilled all the technical criteria of a typical trolleybus, which eventually served as a major technical development for city transportation across the globe.
In the spirit of the creation of the Electromote, Rey, Bonnie and their guests will offer thoughts on how technical developments improve the elements of life in a community association neighborhood, the construction of homes, as well as the real estate process for home buyers and sellers.

Real Estate Brokers and Technology: Rey will review some of the ways that technology has transformed the process that real estate professionals pursue when assisting home buyers and sellers. Rey will also remind the audience of the important role that the real estate community is playing in the aftermath of last year’s Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria. As an example of the real estate community’s commitment to providing assistance, the Realogy Charitable Foundation, a 501 © (3) public charity, was established as Hurricane Harvey approached Texas in late August 2017. The foundation is continuing to raise funds, delivering 100 percent of the proceeds to the American Red Cross to directly help those affected by the storm (go to: to contribute). Realogy is the parent company of Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc.
Community Association Management Update: Bonnie will offer her thoughts on the theme of the show, as well as update the audience on current issues that residents within community association neighborhoods are facing at this point in 2018. Bonnie will also review the elements of the second hour of the show when she and her guests will address timely community association matters important to home owners, buyers and sellers. This month, Bonnie will be joined in the studio by Lynn Krupnik, Santa Fe community association lawyer and legal advisor to the show, for a discussion of the Fair Housing Act. Based in Santa Fe, Westgate Properties specializes in the management of multi-tenant commercial properties and homeowner associations. Their goal is to promote community through highly responsive management with the aim that quality of life, quality of work and the value of one’s real estate investment is improved.
M. Skelly, Inc., Report: Rey and Bonnie will be joined by Kevin Skelly, Principal at residential construction firm K.M. Skelly, Inc., for a discussion of how technology has aided in the process of home construction. K.M. Skelly, Inc., has perfected a strategy that concentrates on customer service and quality products by giving attention to the details in every project. In addition, Bonnie’s regular content providers will offer their monthly commentary on matters of interest to home buyers, sellers and owners who live in community association neighborhoods.

Insurance Advice: Vincent Marciano of the ADV Insurance Agency—specializing in community association insurance needs—joins Bonnie to discuss the theme of the Sunday show, as well as offer his monthly insurance counsel on other matters of interest to home owners.
Landscape Tip: Sean Gabriel, Principal with locally-owned and operated Proscape Landscape Management, will offer his landscape tip of the month and also speak to the theme of the second hour of the program.
