This weekly radio show features host and Sotheby's International Realty's Associate Broker Rey Post (NM REC License #45660) and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.
In the first hour of the show, join Rey and his guest co-host, Bonnie Davis, Professional Community Association Manager of Westgate Properties, LLC, and their guests, as they apply the circumstances of an event in 1956 to the efforts of all real estate professionals.
On July 29, 1956, Jacques Cousteau the French explorer, oceanographer, marine conservation pioneer and scientist—and the co-developer of the Aqua-Lung—anchored his famous boat the Calypso in 7,500 meters of ocean water (a depth of more than 24,000 feet below the water’s surface).
Given this was a record-setting event 62 years ago, the show’s theme will focus on how real estate professionals often need to be anchors of reliable support for their clients as they negotiate the sometimes "rough waters" of owning, buying, selling, or building a home.

Real Estate Brokers as Anchors to Their Clients: Rey will share some observations on how he and other real estate brokers are often the stabilizing forces in home buying or selling transactions. Rey will also offer his weekly “Rey’s Real Estate Recommendation,” which is designed to make the home buying and selling process a bit easier and more enjoyable for consumers. In addition, Rey will remind the audience that the Sotheby's International Realty® brand has partnered with New Story, a non-profit organization that puts 100 percent of donations toward transforming dangerous living environments into communities of safe, sustainable homes, for $6,000 a home. Go to for more information on this significant initiative.
Community Association Management Update: Bonnie will offer her thoughts on the theme of the show, including how professional community association managers and their colleagues can bring a sense of “calm” to the challenges that residents sometimes experience in homeowner (HOA) and condo (COA) association neighborhoods. Bonnie will also update the audience on current issues that residents within HOA and COA communities are facing at this point in 2018. In addition, Bonnie will review the elements of the second hour of the show when she and her guests will address timely community association matters important to home owners, buyers and sellers. This month, Bonnie and her guests will offer commentary on a variety of issues associated with short-term rental requirements in Santa Fe. Based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Westgate Properties specializes in the management of multi-tenant commercial properties and homeowner associations. Their goal is to promote community through highly responsive management with the aim that quality of life, quality of work and the value of one’s real estate investment is improved.
Home Builder Report: Rey and Bonnie will be joined by Kevin Skelly, Principal at residential construction firm K.M. Skelly, Inc., for a discussion of how home builders are often “anchors” to their clients in the design and construction of new homes. K.M. Skelly, Inc., has perfected a strategy that concentrates on customer service and quality products by giving attention to the details in every project. Kevin Skelly is a Certified Green Professional and a Graduate Master Builder with over 35 years of industry experience. Living in Santa Fe for more than 19 years, Kevin has developed a love for Santa Fe style that incorporates simple lines and reflects the landscape’s natural beauty. Accepting a limited number of projects each year, K.M. Skelly, Inc., is able to build a lasting trust with every client, transforming their visions into reality.
Open House of the Week: Rey will review the attributes of 10 Estambre Court, with his Sotheby’s International Realty broker colleague Alan Vorenberg. This meticulously maintained three-bedroom home in the Eldorado neighborhood is on two acres with fabulous mountain views, offers lots of natural light, a living room with high ceilings of vigas and herring-bone latillas, Kiva fireplaces, in-floor radiant heating, and a big three-car finished garage.

In the second hour of the show, join host Bonnie Davis of Westgate Properties, LLC, and her special guests as they feature a discussion on short-term rental requirements in the City of Santa Fe, as well as discuss the impact of rentals in community associations. Bonnie’s special guests will include Donna Jones White, Owner of Santa Fe Vacation Rentals, who is also a corporate supporter of  and a regular commentator during the first hour of  the “All Things Real Estate” radio show.
In addition, Bonnie’s regular content providers will join in the conversation:

Insurance Advice: Vincent Marciano of the ADV Insurance Agency—specializing in community association insurance needs—joins Bonnie to discuss the theme of the Sundayshow, as well as offer his monthly insurance counsel on other matters of interest to home owners.
Landscape Tip: Sean Gabriel, Principal with locally-owned and operated Proscape Landscape Management, will offer his landscape tip of the month and also speak to the theme of the second hour of the program.
HOA/COA Legal Tip: Attorney Lynn Krupnik, of Krupnik & Speas, PLLC, will speak to the theme of the second hour of the show, as well as offer her monthly legal commentary, designed to benefit home owners who reside in community association neighborhoods.
