This weekly radio show features host and Sotheby's International Realty's Associate Broker Rey Post (NM REC License #45660) and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.
In the first hour of the show, join Rey and his guests as they mark the nine-year anniversary of the launch of the “All Things Real Estate” (ATRE) radio show, website and blog.
Starting as a one-hour program in June 2009—airing on a single Santa Fe radio station—today the ATRE radio show airs live for two hours each Sunday (12 - 2 pm Mountain Time) on Talk 1260AM & 103.7FM KTRC, and streams to a global audience on, as well as via a link at the ATRE website. Each week, Rey hosts the first hour of the ATRE radio show, while professionals with Santa Fe-based real estate-related companies either host, or co-host with Rey the second hour of the program.
ATRE’s radio show, website and blog have gained a reputation as popular destinations for offering timely real estate, community, cultural and economic news and commentary for consumers in Santa Fe and across the nation. ATRE was nominated for a Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce “Business Excellence Award” and has been profiled in multiple media stories, as well as in the corporate newsletter of Sotheby’s International Realty®, which has a network of more than 21,000 sales associates working in more than 930 offices located in 69 countries and territories worldwide.
For more information, please visit, as well as a press release that was issued this week about the ATRE anniversary: May 29, 2018 - ATRE Marks 9 Year Anniversary on June 3, 2018, which includes quotes from Gregg Antonsen, Senior Vice President and Qualifying Broker of Sotheby’s International Realty®, as well as from Hutton Broadcasting’s General Manager and Owner, Scott Hutton, and Morning Show Host & KTRC Program Director Richard Eeds.

Rey’s Observations on ATRE: “We are very grateful for all of the support over the years we have received from Hutton Broadcasting and; the marketing and administrative staff, as well as brokers and officers at Sotheby’s International Realty; and the array of professional business, community and real estate leaders who have offered commentary on the show,” Rey stated. “Without all of them believing in the goal of our show, we would never have been able to launch ATRE,“ continued Rey. “The public’s interest in the show has given us success we never imagined when we began airing in June 2009,” continued Rey. “What has brought me the most satisfaction is that ATRE has played a role in helping home owners, buyers and sellers succeed in what is probably one of the most demanding and difficult things that they will ever pursue in their lives—namely, the selling or buying of a home.” On Sunday, Rey will also remind the audience that the Sotheby's International Realty® brand has partnered with New Story, a non-profit organization that puts 100 percent of donations toward transforming dangerous living environments into communities of safe, sustainable homes, for $6,000 a home. ATRE Supporter Commentary: Throughout May, ATRE’s regular commentators—in both the first and the second hours of the show—offered they own take on the value of the radio program. This included commentary from Kim Shanahan of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association; Scott Robinson of the Gateway Mortgage Group; Donna Jones White of Santa Fe Vacation Rentals, LLC; Bonnie Davis of Westgate Properties, LLC; Craig Hoopes of Hoopes & Associates Architects; and, Al Antonez of The Club at Las Campanas. During every ATRE broadcast, Rey interviews one of his Sotheby's International Realty® broker colleagues, as they host open house events in Santa Fe for their seller clients. This past May, among the brokers offering observations about the value of ATRE in highlighting the company’s listings, was Rey’s broker colleague Darlene Streitwho, with her husband, commercial real estate broker Tommy Gardner, were initial supporters of Rey’s concept for ATRE prior to its launch in June 2009.
ATRE Anniversary Show Commentators: This Sunday, Rey will offer some behind-the-scenes observations on a variety of elements that have been part of the 728 first and second hour broadcasts of the radio show since 2009, as well as the important intersection the program has with the ATRE website and blog. In addition, Rey will be joined during the broadcast by some of ATRE’s longest-serving supporters and show content contributors. +Stephen Etre, Owner of Stephen’s, A Consignment Gallery—who has been involved with the show since its first broadcast in 2009—will offer his own thoughts about the close partnership his company has had with ATRE.  Not only has Stephen been a monthly commentator on the radio show for nine years, he has also hosted remote broadcasts of the program from his nationally-known annual “Spring & Fall Sales” staged at the gallery. Stephen’s gallery has served home owners, buyers, sellers and real estate professionals for more than 36 years, offering a range of products under its 13,000 square feet of space in Santa Fe. +Steve Riemann, President of the Santa Fe Title Company, was the very first commentator on ATRE in June 2009. Steve has brought a wealth of information about the real estate process during his nine-year part as a guest commentator, including the critical role that title insurance plays in home buying/selling transactions. As a certified instructor of real estate in New Mexico, Steve has also given the ATRE show some valuable observations on the state of the real estate market, as well as why consumers should strive to partner with well-educated real estate professionals. This week, Steve will offer a current assessment of the status of the real estate market, as well as his personal views on the role that ATRE has played as a source for timely real estate and community information. +Chris Martinez and Jeff Fenton, Principals at Reside Home, served for two years as hosts of their own monthly, second-hour broadcast of the ATRE program, offering timely interior design counsel to consumers. Using a fast-paced and entertaining approach to their show format, Chris and Jeff enhanced the breadth of ATRE’s show formula, producing a highly popular broadcast among listeners. Chris and Jeff remain corporate supporters of ATRE and will offer their own thoughts on the successful collaboration that Reside Home has had with the radio show. +John Grisak, President of Fix My Roof, LLC, has been one of ATRE’s best commentators on roof restoration and general real estate issues of major importance to home owners, buyers and sellers. John’s company provides state of the art roofing services to both residential and commercial clients throughout New Mexico. John will reflect on the partnership his company has had with ATRE for many years, as well as his experiences presenting show commentary as an in-studio guest, as well as at multiple remote broadcasts of the ATRE program.
Open House of the Week: Rey will review the attributes of 32 Camino De Los Montoyas, with his Sotheby’s International Realty broker colleague Gary Bobolsky. Located just off of Tano Road in the desirable Northside of Santa Fe County, this immaculate four-bedroom estate, situated on a little over five acres and once home to Bill Watterson—the creator of syndicated daily newspaper comic strip Calvin and Hobbes—has been transformed into a magical and secluded getaway complete with sumptuous and luxurious comforts that even the most demanding connoisseur has come to expect. These elements include a completely single-level main house, work, out room, two separate studios, garden house, and several garages to hold up to 15 vehicles of all sizes. A stunning heated, salt-water pool completes the private compound. Gary, as 2016 President of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors, hosted his own monthly broadcast during the second hour of the ATRE program. Gary will reflect on not only the positive experience he had when airing his own radio show, but also why ATRE serves as a unique communications platform for educating consumers about a range of real estate issues.

In the second hour of the show, Jeff Brown, Owner of WIN Home Inspection, and his guests will offer their monthly broadcast, speaking to a variety of home inspection and maintenance issues, as well as the state of the local real estate market. For several years, Jeff offered monthly phone commentary on the ATRE show, but for the past two years, has served as host of his own broadcast during the second hour of the program, airing the first Sunday of each month. Jeff will offer his thoughts on the relationship his company has had with ATRE, including the business-development value of using the radio show to attract new clients to the array of services offered by WIN Home Inspection.
On Sunday’s broadcast, Jeff will be joined by two special guests: Sergio Salcido of Electrical Services Unlimited, Inc., whose company serves the Northern New Mexico area in all electrical aspects, including projects associated with new construction, remodels, troubleshooting, landscape lighting, motor controls, service upgrades, electrical for refrigerated air, and swamp coolers. Also serving as a commentator is Aaron Jordan of Eagle Eye Exterminating, whose family-owned-and-operated business has more than 25 years of experience in the pest control field, providing services at residential and commercial properties. Also offering his monthly “Home Inspector’s Tip” is Matt Rivera, a professional home inspector and a member of the WIN Home Inspection team. WIN is well known for providing comprehensive, experienced, and professional home inspections, with the goal of helping to make the real estate transaction process go smoothly. Buyers can make an informed decision on the home they are purchasing, as well as planning for upgrades down the road, while sellers who obtain a pre-inspection can often see their listing sell more quickly.
