This weekly radio show features host and Sotheby's International Realty's Associate Broker Rey Post (NM REC License #45660) and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.
In the first hour, join Rey and his guests for a “Mother’s Day”-inspired discussion of current real estate issues.

Real Estate Update: Speaking to the show theme, Rey will offer some thoughts on how real estate brokers seek to understand the needs of mothers and their families as they pursue the purchase of a home, or wish to list their home for sale. Rey will also offer his weekly “Rey’s Real Estate Recommendation,” which provides a tip to consumers with the goal of helping to make the real estate process more appealing and less challenging.
Stephen’s, A Consignment Gallery Update: Stephen Etre, Owner of Stephen’s, A Consignment Gallery, will address the show theme by outlining all of the ways that he and his team collaborate with moms as they use the gallery to meet their home-accessorizing needs. Stephen will be calling from the floor of his gallery as he hosts the company’s annual “Spring Sale,” which is always staged during the Mother’s Day weekend (May 12-13). This famous event is very popular with consumers, who travel from all over the country to take advantage of what the gallery offers. With more than 13,000 square feet of display space, the gallery has been a place that home buyers, sellers and owners—along with real estate professionals—have gone to for more than 36 years to find unique art, antiques, jewelry, furniture, and home accessories. Besides talking about all the elements of the event, Stephen and Rey will interview one of the gallery’s clients who is attending the sale. Home Builders Perspective: Kim Shanahan, Executive Officer of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association (SFAHBA), will address the theme of the show, including the important role that moms play not only as home building clients, but also as professionals in the residential construction and remodeling business. Kim will also speak to a variety of timely home building and remodeling issues, including his take on the state of the construction industry at this point in 2018. Kim will also preview the staging of his organization’s 2018 “Haciendas, A Parade of Homes” tour in mid-August. This nationally recognized event features some of the finest new construction and totally remodeled homes in our region. “All Things Real Estate” is proud to be invited by the SFAHBA—for the eighth year in a row—to air a remote broadcast of the program on August 12 and 19from this special event. In the second hour of the show, join Rey and his guest co-host Craig Hoopes, Principal at the highly-regarded firm Hoopes & Associates Architects, as they discuss a variety of architectural issues that relate to the interests of moms who wish to design and build a new home to accommodate the interests of their families. Craig will also update the audience on his architectural firm’s role in the design and building of two homes that will be entered into the 2018 “Haciendas, A Parade of Homes” tour in August, sponsored by the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association. Craig was part of the design and building team in 2014 that won the “Grand Hacienda” award during this nationally known and highly respected event. Over the years of providing well-regarded architectural services to clients, Craig and his colleagues have aided consumers in the design, construction and remodeling of homes. With this history as a backdrop, Rey and Craig will also discuss current architectural issues that are impacting the home building process at this point in 2018.
