In the first hour of the show, join Rey, his co-host John Grisak, President of Fix My Roof, LLC and their guests for a Columbus Day-inspired discussion of how real estate professionals aid consumers in “discovering” elements that are important to home buying, selling and owning.

Real Estate Brokers Help “Discover” Elements Of The American Dream: Rey will offer some thoughts on how real estate professionals bring their expertise to consumers who are wishing to “discover” key elements to home buying, selling and owning. Rey will also offer his weekly “Rey’s Real Estate Recommendation,” which is designed to make the home buying and selling process a bit easier and more enjoyable for consumers.

2018 Roofing and Home Maintenance Update: John Grisak, President  of Fix My Roof, LLC, will offer some observations on the program’s theme, by speaking to the importance of collaborating with home owners who are seeking to “discover” any home roofing issues of concern. John will also review the cutting-edge procedures and products that his company uses in residential and commercial roof restoration, as well as why now is the time to give special attention to the condition of your home’s roof, as we move to the fall season. Fix My Roof, LLC, is committed to restoring existing roofs for a fraction of the cost of roof replacement while maximizing a positive impact on the environment by embracing environmentally responsible practices and educating the greater community about environmental stewardship. Headquartered in Santa Fe, the company has completed both residential and commercial jobs in Santa Fe, Los Alamos, El Dorado, Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Cochiti, Las Cruces, Alamogordo, Silver City, and many more locations.

Rey’s “Real Estate Recommendation”: In association with the show’s theme, Rey’s weekly real estate recommendation offers some specific thoughts on how real estate brokers aid consumers in “discovering” sometimes unknown elements of the home buying and selling process.

Open House of the Week: Rey will review the attributes of 804 Don Gaspar, with his Sotheby’s International Realty broker colleague Beth Stephens. This historically registered 1917 Classic Craftsman, located in the heart of the desirable South Capital section of Santa Fe, has been loved and cared for throughout the years and retains its original detail and charm with an updated roof, as well as heating and electric, combined with charming gardens, prolific fruit trees and incredible storage spaces.
