This weekly radio show features host and Sotheby's International Realty's Associate Broker Rey Post (NM REC License #45660) and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.
In the first hour of the show, join Rey, his co-host John Grisak—President of Fix My Roof, LLC—and their guests for a Labor Day-inspired discussion of real estate issues. Labor Day is a creation of our nation’s labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country.

In the spirit of this historic occasion—and as the theme for the show—Rey and his guests will speak to the: "Hard work of real estate professionals as they aid consumers in their efforts to achieve and maintain the American Dream of home ownership."

Real Estate Brokers Labor for a Good Cause: Rey will offer some thoughts on how real estate professionals work together to help property buyers achieve home ownership. Rey will also speak to how real estate brokers and other professionals aid home owners in enjoying their property asset. Rey will also offer his weekly “Rey’s Real Estate Recommendation,” which is designed to make the home buying and selling process a bit easier and more enjoyable for consumers. In addition, Rey will remind the audience that the Sotheby's International Realty® brand has partnered with New Story, a non-profit organization that puts 100 percent of donations toward transforming dangerous living environments into communities of safe, sustainable homes, for $6,000 a home. Go to for more information on this significant initiative.
2018 Roofing and Home Maintenance Update: John Grisak, President of Fix My Roof, LLC, will offer some observations on the program’s theme, by speaking to the importance of teamwork in achieving sound home ownership. John will also review the cutting-edge procedures and products that his company uses in residential and commercial roof restoration, as well as why now is the time to give special attention to the condition of your home’s roof, as we move from summer to fall. Fix My Roof, LLC, is committed to restoring existing roofs for a fraction of the cost of roof replacement while maximizing a positive impact on the environment by embracing environmentally responsible practices and educating the greater community about environmental stewardship. Headquartered in Santa Fe, the company has completed both residential and commercial jobs in Santa Fe, Los Alamos, El Dorado, Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Cochiti, Las Cruces, Alamogordo, Silver City, and many more locations.
Rey’s “Real Estate Recommendation”: In association with the show’s theme, Rey’s weekly real estate recommendation offers some specific thoughts on how real estate brokers inform home buyers and sellers about the unique talents that they bring to the real estate process.
Open House of the Week: Rey will review the attributes of 325 Hillside Avenue, with his Sotheby’s International Realty broker colleague Gary Bobolsky. This commanding Pueblo-styled, three-bedroom estate captures architectural nods to the past and offers numerous custom features. The home—sitting on about 0.856 acres—is positioned in the heart of downtown Santa Fe, just blocks to the famous Plaza, upscale eateries, and prominent parks and landmarks.

In the second hour of the show, Jeff Brown, Owner of WIN Home Inspection, and his guests will offer their monthly broadcast, speaking to a variety of home inspection and maintenance issues, as well as the state of the local real estate market. Bringing his Labor Day-inspired theme from the first hour of the show, Sotheby’s International Realty Associate Broker Rey Post will acknowledge the hard-working efforts of the team of professionals at WIN Home Inspection. Joining Jeff for a discussion of pre-fall home maintenance issues, is professional home inspector and a member of the WIN Home Inspection team, Matt Rivera. Offering the monthly WIN Home Inspection “Home Inspector’s Tip,” is Victoria Gonzalez, a professional home inspector and also a member of the WIN team. WIN is well known for providing comprehensive, experienced, and professional home inspections, with the goal of helping to make the real estate transaction process go smoothly. Buyers can make an informed decision on the home they are purchasing, as well as planning for upgrades down the road, while sellers who obtain a pre-inspection can often see their listing sell more quickly.
