The 2025 Santa Fe Home + Garden Expo & Remodelers Showcase transforms your dreams into reality March 15 – 16, 2025, at the Santa Fe Community Convention Center.

For two full days you’ll get the opportunity to get face time with builders, remodelers, manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, designers, and home energy system professionals.

“This event brings the entire family of Northern New Mexico’s home-industry pros under one roof,” said Miles Conway, executive officer for the Santa Fe Home Builders Association. Whether it’s tile, new flooring, a remodel, or major mechanical/technology upgrade for your home, it’s tough to get face time with professionals who can give you the confidence to move ahead with an idea. Meeting numerous tradespeople, systems experts, or even financing pros to gather the information you need is easy at the home expo and remodel show.”

So Much More Than a Home Expo, It’s a Crash Course in Home-Sweet-Home  Know-how

Bring your ideas and remodeling wishes to the expo. There, you’ll find experts who can help turn your dreams into reality. This year’s expo presents an impressive collection of knowledgeable exhibitors, like the Santa Fe Style Living Store, Heceli Kitchens & Baths, and Views Landscaping, and a carefully selected showcase by the Santa Fe Farmers Market Gift Shop, Santa Fe Botanical Gardens. Visitors can also check out the “Comfort Your Heart by Hardening Your Home . . . from Wildfire” exhibit, which offers essential information on safeguarding homes from fire risks.

Professionals from Mari Lopez Design, Stone Evolution, Views Landscaping, and Clay Design & Materials Gallery — among many others — will share expert advice on creating well-planned home environments to help you design your own inspired spaces.

Homeowners and design enthusiasts can also connect directly with specialists from Fabuwallous Solutions, Counter Intelligence, The Blind Lady, Allbright & Lockwood, The Home Construction Doctor, Lightstyles of Santa Fe, and many other exhibitors to get guidance for their upcoming home improvement projects.

Kids attending the 2025 Home & Garden Expo can participate in three live-build sessions. If your child can’t make it to the expo, they can still participate. Children residing within the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association service region — including Santa Fe, Los Alamos, Taos, Rio Arriba, San Miguel, Mora, and Colfax counties — can enter their home-built creations in the contest.

This contest is designed to spark creativity in design and construction. Every participant will receive a prize packet, made possible by generous award sponsors, while grand prize winners will be awarded LEGO® Builder sets along with other great prizes. Register for the LEGO® Contest.

Miles said of pandemic-era LEGO® Contests, “It was exciting because we got entries from all seven of the counties our association represents, with kids using not only their own LEGOS®, but other materials, as well. We’ve retained the online competition so kids from all over Northern New Mexico can enter online, but we’ll also have three live and in-person build sessions, right in the lobby of the convention center, with awards ceremonies to follow afterwards. Of course there are more LEGOS® than you can imagine in our growing collection for the kids (and adults) to use.”

Make Plans Now!

“It’s important for people who are turning their houses into homes to get face-to-face with the people who can turn their visions into reality,” Miles said. “Better than endlessly surfing on the internet, where you can very easily go down a rabbit hole, to find ideas about how to change your home space with windows, or color, or decorating, or different mechanical improvements. It helps to get face to face with professionals who can help you tease out what your vision is.”

March is a great time of the year to start undertaking those changes you’ve been thinking about. Getting up close and personal with the men and women who can bring those changes to life can help make 2025 the Year of the Upgrade. What have you got to lose but the same old thing?
