Locally owned businesses Sol Wellness & Remix Audio Bar are back at their collaborative mission to “create a vibrant community” through substance-free high-vibe recreation, wellness education, creativity, and underground music with the Sol Sundays: “Get Free” Festival on July 3, 2022, from 12 – 6 p.m. in the Santa Fe Railyard Plaza (1612 Alcaldesa St., Santa Fe, New Mexico).

The jam-packed line-up features:Event flier

  • Headliner DJ Peanut Butter Wolf (Los Angeles)
  • Supporting DJs Girlwunder (Brooklyn/Taos), Ohm (ABQ) and The Muse (Santa Fe)
  • Wisefool Circus Troupe and High Frequency Loft (Taos) performing and teaching circus arts
  • Artists Joerael Numina, Simona Rael & Little Lady Wolf (ABQ) painting a live graffiti mural
  • Daniel “Bravemonk” Haywood of legendary Chicago-based Phaze II teaching breakdance
  • Santa Fe Community Yoga Center and Certified instructors from around the state teaching yoga
  • 10+ local wellness businesses and organizations with booths providing info, samples & short treatments
  • Natural Grocers handing out freebies and offering nutrition education
  • Santa Fe Skate School and the Santa Fe Climbing Center sharing info on positive recreation
  • Santa Fe Artwalk with booths featuring artist vendors and their work
  • Santa Fe Animal Shelter offering pet adoptions from their mobile adoption van
  • A prize raffle to benefit NM Dream Center, a homelessness and human trafficking prevention agency

This event is FREE and for all ages, giving access to resources for a healthy lifestyle without walls or barriers to all Santa Fe residents and visitors.

Founder Dr. Julie Grace says, “Through Sol Sundays we aim to build positive relationships, share resources for wellness and creativity, and inspire others to live happier fuller lives. We want to show people that they can have a good time and change their state in many ways without the excessive use of substances.”

Thanks to their support and funding, Sol Sundays has developed a youth program and begun to assess their events’ impact as a form of prevention for adverse outcomes related to substance use and abuse in our community.
