Musical superstars Wiz Khalifa and Logic hit the road on a 28-city tour as co-headliners of the eagerly anticipated Vinyl Verse Tour 2022. Joining them on the tour, presented by Live Nation, are special guests 24kGoldn, DJ Drama, C Dot Castro, and Fedd the God. Tickets are now on sale for the August 2 show at Isleta Amphitheater in Albuquerque.
Multi-platinum selling, Grammy and Golden Globe-nominated recording artist Wiz Khalifa burst onto the scene with the release of his first major-label debut album, Rolling Papers in 2011. Since then he has racked up the awards, including Best New Artist at the 2011 BET awards and Top New Artist at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards. His track See You Again, from the Furious 7 soundtrack, catapulted to the top of the charts in 95 countries, holding the top spot for 12 consecutive weeks.
Kalifa continues to break records and pull in awards from such prestigious organizations as the Critics’ Choice Awards, the Billboard Music Awards, the Grammy Awards, and the Golden Globe Awards. His mobile app Wiz Khalifa’s Weed Farm, launched in 2017, has garnered over 10 million downloads and is currently being played in over eight countries and six languages. He has also lent his name to an award-winning gin, McQueen and the Violet Fog, by Sovereign Brands, and a delivery-only restaurant chain, HotBox by Wiz.
Since his emergence in 2010, multi-platinum musical artist Logic (aka Sir Robert Bryson Hall II, aka Bobby Hall) has pulled ahead of the pack as one of the most prolific and prevalent musicians of the past decade. In addition, he is a New York Times Bestselling author, and a positive force for change. The Maryland native progressed from a now-legendary run of mixtapes to three number one albums, two Grammy Award nominations, dozens of gold and platinum certifications, sold-out arena tours on multiple continents, and 6 billion streams and counting.
Longtime friends, Kalifa and Logic are no strangers to collaboration. They have combined their talents on such fan-favorite musical tracks as High Today, Still Ballin’, Indica Badu, and more. Both also have new albums that dropped in 2022. Kalifa released the Full Court Press joint project alongside Big K.R.I.T., Smoke DZA and Girl Talk back in April. Logic has been teasing his release Vinyl Days since the beginning of the year, and it finally arrived in June. Expect a lot of new music from both, alongside the hits that have made them superstars.
