Sotheby's International Realty's weekly radio show features host Rey Post and a variety of special guests offering the best news, information and commentary regarding every aspect of today's real estate market.

This Sunday---in the first hour of the show---join show host, Sotheby’s International Realty Associate Broker Rey Post, and Madeline McCue, General Manager and Pierre Cole, Operations Manager, of well-regarded residential and commercial property cleanup and restoration company, Servpro of Santa Fe. The show’s theme of the day speaks to the variety of ways that real estate professionals bring a commitment to top-quality service in all their customer activities.

In his weekly “Real Story” segment, Ron Blessey, Senior Mortgage Banker with Peoples Bank, an equal housing lender, will discuss the importance of offering superior service in every mortgage transaction provided to home buyers seeking a loan.

Beverly and Dennis Little offer commentary on how their organization of the 2014 Santa Fe Concorso rare and exotic car gathering in September allows them to serve the non-profit community of Santa Fe via proceeds from this world-class event. The Concorso is staged at The Club at Las Campanas on September 26, 27 and 28 and will feature more than 100 of the world’s finest classic cars and motorcycles (for information: go to: www.santafeconcorso.com ). The Concorso is being profiled under the radio show’s “Unique Destinations” series which features people, places and events that are important to our economy, culture and real estate market.

In the first hour's "Open House of the Week" segment, Sotheby’s International Realty broker Maureen Mestas offers information regarding the attributes of 123 Spruce Street, a wonderfully updated Stamm classic and 3-bedroom home located in the Casa Solana section of Santa Fe.

In the second hour of the program, Rey is joined by his Sotheby’s International Realty broker colleague Emily Garcia, as well as Pat Stephens, Program Director, and Irene Moyes, Board of Director’s member of the Santa Fe based non-profit, Many Mothers. Garcia is staging a major fundraising event for this worthy organization on April 27 from her unique property listing, 14 Tano Point Loop. Since 2001, Many Mothers has provided free, in-home care to over 1,000 children and 650 families, offering new mothers physical, emotional and practical support.
