Meet Southwest CARE Center

Our focus at Southwest CARE Center is to provide a compassionate, patient-centered environment where everyone can feel comfortable and respected.

Since 1996, Southwest Care Center (SCC) has been a front-runner in HIV/AIDS research and treatment, building an international reputation of excellence.

Today, SCC continues to build upon its reputation of excellence through the delivery of evidence-based, compassionate, whole-person care in a judgment-free environment. SCC has also expanded its service offerings, to include not only HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment, but also Hepatitis C treatment, adult primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, geriatrics, infectious disease, gender equity medicine, diabetes education and management, behavioral health, psychiatry, case management, and pharmacy. These services are offered to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay. Additionally, SCC accepts most commercial insurances, Medicare, and Medicaid, and has a Sliding Fee Discount Program for patients who qualify. SCC is recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home through the National Committee for Quality Assurance.
